In 2021 and 2022, they piloted a year-long leadership development program, which included quarterly meetups, an innovation project, executive leadership networking, and 1:1 coaching. Moonlight helped to design, facilitate, and evaluate the program. In 2023, Barbara from Moonlight continues to provide executive coaching and advisory services.
